VACANCY FOR ACCOUNT ASSISTANT

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure safety on the cashiering area according to company standards.
• Responsible to collect student payments.
• To advise student on the SOA. Familiar with college fees structure and promotion.
• To ensure student pay the tuition fee every semester accordingly.
• Responsible to prepare student refund report.
• Responsible to make sure student ledger are correctly and reliable.
• To assist Student Finance department on any add-hock task (urgent task).

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum Education : SPM or Diploma – experience in handling customer via online and face to face (customer service oriented).
• At least 1 year experience.
• Knowledge in Excel (Vlookup and Pivot). Extra functions is added advantage.

JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible to handle students transaction accurately and efficiently, i.e receiving payments, issuing receipts and keep track of all incoming transactions. Ensure all transactions run smoothly and maximise students satisfaction.
