VACANCY FOR ACCOUNT ASSISTANT (STUDENT FINANCE DEPARTMENT)

JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for accurately and efficiently handling all client transactions, including receiving payments, generating receipts, and keeping track of all cash, cash deposit, and online transactions. Ensure that all transactions execute smoothly and that client satisfaction is maximised. To assist students in checking the cost structure, ledger, and ensuring that students have paid tuition fees every semester, as well as ensuring that students apply for study loans on time.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Able to adhere to deadlines (fee collection and compile documents)
  • As per corporate policy, collect consumer payments in cash, cash deposit, or online bank-in.
  • Willing to travel and arrange up a collection appointment
  • Excellent filling and organising abilities
  • To ensure that the student ledger is correct and that any incorrect charges are corrected.
  • Assist the student finance department if they have an add-hock responsibility (urgent tasking)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Employment Type :  Contract (Malaysian Only).
  • Min. Education :  SPM or Diploma with at least 2 years working experience (experience handling customers via online & face to face is an added advantage).
  • Spoken Language :  Malay and English, Indian and Chinese (Optional).
  • Skill : Excel (V-lookup and Pivot) extra other function are advantage.
  • Written Language :  Malay and English.
