VACANCY FOR IT EXECUTIVE

JOB DESCRIPTION:

As a contact person to respond to queries from business users and provide solutions by understand the necessary information required and to fulfil service requests, resolve incidents, track problems and manage changes / defects in a timely manner.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma
• At least 2 years of working experience in IT Application supports
• Experience in supporting and maintaining Oracle Peoplesoft Campus Solutions / HRMS
• Experience in using Oracle Peoplesoft PeopleTools
• Experience in .Net development.
• Sound understanding of student life cycle management.
• Customer service oriented with problem solving attitude.
