REF : RE-OPENING OF KLMUC CAMPUS FOR TEACHING & LEARNING, SEPTEMBER 2020 SEMESTER
Greetings from KLMUC!
We refer to the above and related circulars from the Ministry of Higher Education.
First of all, we would like to express our sincere appreciation to the students, parents and guardians who have given us full cooperation in making online learning a success throughout the Movement Control Order. Until today, Malaysians are encouraged to remain vigilant to avoid the second wave.
For the higher education sector, guidelines and instructions from the Ministry of Higher Education emphasized that the safety of students and staff is the utmost priority. Therefore, the physical distance SOP has been introduced, and HEIs are given the green light to start face to face classes starting from October 2020, provided that the SOP is implemented and guaranteed.
Cosmopoint Sdn. Bhd. takes note of this guide, and after analyzing campus and hostel preparations (capacity, location and SOP compliance), we decided to start face-to-face classes in stages as follows:
|Date/Day||Semester allowed for face-to-face classes|
|1 October 2020 (Thursday)||Semester 2, 3, 6, 7 dan 8 students only|
|18 January 2021 (Monday)||All students|
The campus will contact the students directly for admission and hostel management. Academics will inform on the teaching & learning schedule either face to face, remotely (online) or both in the near future for the September 2020 semester. We believe that this phase by phase admission can reduce health risks to students and ensure that physical distance can be implemented.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused and we thank you again for your kind cooperation.
